My mission as a personal trainer is helping other chronically ill people re-gain quality of life through the power of strength training.
After becoming debilitated by fibromyalgia and autoimmune disease in my early 20's, I spent years trying different medications, supplements, and alternative therapies, desperate for any kind of relief. When I finally decided to try strength training, the effects were transformative beyond anything else I'd experienced. In just one year, the frequency and severity of my pain flares had gone down by about 80%.
Working with many amazing clients on their own chronic pain journeys is my drive and motivation. My exercise programs are designed to support your physiological and emotional needs, so you can stay consistent and get the most out of exercise.
